Fees
	After the first session Paul will provide you with a proposal outlining the ways in which he can help you and your organization, expected outcomes from his time with you and fees and terms of payment schedule.
	The general fee structure is as follows:
	$1500 a day for seminars and key note addresses.           $1000 a day plus expenses (This includes: one on one ad organizational consulting and other services).           $250 a month for four hours of phone coaching per month and unlimited email inquiries.           $100 a month for one hour of phone coaching per month and unlimited email inquiries.
	All facilitation and speaking engagements are custom designed to precisely fit the objectives you and Paul agree to achieve from the event. Paul will design a fee structure and payment plan to fit your circumstances whenever possible.
	PLEASE NOTE: If you secure additional services from Paul Kendall - portions of the consulting fee are credited to those services. It is entirely possible to recoup all of your consulting expenses.
